LCD or Glass/Digitizer Failure During The First Year

If we sent you an LCD or Glass/Digitizer to install by yourself and it has failed completely OR it fails to provide the advertised performance during the first year from the date of purchase, please follow these steps to obtain a brand new replacement part:

  1. Please contact us and let us know the exact nature of your problem. The more details that you can provide about what you are experiencing, the better. More often than not, perceived screen issues can be resolved with a few simple tips and/or pictures that we can provide to you via email or over the telephone. Please include your Order Number so that we can expedite our response.
  2. If there truly appears to be an issue with your new part and a replacement is warranted, we will send you an email that contains (1) a link to the same part you ordered, and (2) a coupon code that will deduct the cost of a new part and the cost of USPS First Class Mail (domestic) or International First Class Mail (international) shipping. Use the link and coupon code to place a new order on our website, where you can opt for a faster return shipping method at your additional expense. Because you will be placing a new order on our website, and you could potentially purchase faster shipping or additional items, you will be required to enter your credit card information again, even if your order total is a zero balance. Please make sure that you not only enter the coupon code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field, but that you also hit the ‘Apply Coupon Code’ button before entering your credit card information, or your discount will not be applied, and your credit card will be inadvertently charged.
  3. Once we receive your new order for the replacement part, we will ship it to you. In most cases, we will also include a prepaid, return shipping label for sending back the first battery to us (we reserve the right to skip this step in the even the return shipping is too cost prohibitive, in which case you may dispose of the first part we sent you). You will receive a shipping notification from us when your replacement part ships from our location. You have thirty (30) days from the day that you receive the replacement part to return the first part back to us using the prepaid mailer that we have provided, or you will be charged for the second part.
  4. Once we receive your first part back, we will send you a short email to let you know and also check to see if our replacement part is now performing to your expectations.

Note: Please let us know if any of your billing or shipping information has changed since your original order was placed.

Note: We reserve the right to charge you for all extra shipping expenses we incurred during this time if it turns out that our part was not faulty.
