The representatives of the company even emailed me to tell me that my issue was needing a new logic board, which they could replace for me for a low cost. The whole repair time was minimal, and my iPod seemed to come back even newer and better than when I bought it, if at all possible. I hope to not encounter a problem like that again, but now I know to seek professional help when I need it. |
