Simply contact us with a detailed report of your problem. We'll then either provide you with a solution or ask that you send us your ipod so that we can do a FREE diagnostic test and replace the damaged battery.

Same as above only you must ship us your damaged ipod battery after completing checkout. A new battery with a FREE set of opening tools will be dispatched as soon as the damaged one has been received.
