Newer iPod Repair Article Flagging is a boring job, but it is something that has to be done in order to help citizens when there is major road repair. You will see me out there because I'm the gal with the pole that is turned for stop or for slow. Believe it or not it pays well because you are working in a dangerous situation. I enjoy my job because I like working outdoors. What most people may not know is that the flaggers, who are in demand, are certified. We also have to have our own equipment which includes the flagging pole or paddle. Most people think we are goofing off out there, but if flagging is done correctly we can actually save people's lives. Usually a flagging job goes well. You stand out in the middle of traffic and direct with most people respecting your authority. Flaggers spend a lot of time watching people, watching traffic and watching their managers. Sometimes you are allowed to listen to your iPod if you can focus on your work. If your iPod gets in the way of you doing what you are supposed to do, it can cause problems. Most of us have them, but use them only on breaks. It breaks up the monotony to be able to sit somewhere else and change your focus for a little while. Today, one of the guys who is young and considered a jerk created a problem for me that would send me looking for an iPod repair service. He is a kid that can't afford to do much in his life and so he got a construction job. When he saw me peacefully listening to my iPod he decided it was time to have some fun. He came up from behind me and snatched my iPod. When I protested to ask for it back, he dropped kicked it into the street and a car just missed running over it. Needless to say we are now rid of him but my iPod needed to be repaired. Part of it broke when it hit the street. I went on the Internet to look for an iPod repair company though I didn't know if anything like that existed. I found a couple of companies and one of them I liked because of their great customer service. They received my iPod did a good iPod repair job, and within a short time I had it back good as new. | |
